Meet the Teacher

Hello! I’m Mrs. Kelly—teacher, wife, mom, and creative at heart. I have over 15 years of experience working with children in preschool, elementary education, learning support, and special education. Teaching is not just my profession, but my calling, and I am deeply passionate about creating a nurturing environment where children feel known, supported, and encouraged to grow.

My passion is creating hands-on learning experiences that spark curiosity and joy—whether through creative projects, science exploration, life skills, or meaningful discussion. I believe every child is uniquely created by God with special gifts to discover, and it is my calling to nurture those gifts in a Christ-centered learning environment.

I grew up in Georgia and now call Pennsylvania home with my husband, Ryan, and our two amazing teens, Chase and Sara. Family, faith, and learning are at the center of everything I do, both inside and outside the classroom.

When I’m not teaching, I enjoy dreaming up new crafts, spending time outdoors, traveling to visit family, and sharing tea and laughter with friends. I believe joy is found in the little things and that learning should always be meaningful, joyful, and memorable.

At Growing in Grace Academy, my prayer is that every child will grow academically while also blossoming in character, creativity, and faith. Here, learning is active, joyful, and rooted in God’s truth—because education should shape both hearts and minds.
